My project will focus on packed school lunches for students from elementary, middle, and high school. I will compare them to cafeteria, or government provided lunches, but they will be the main focus. I will look into factors including their cost efficiency, health benefits and disadvantages, the choice ability, food waste, gender roles, and stereotypes. Many of these categories overlap, but they will be separated into six different posts. . I will also try to put this in a historical context and how it has changed throughout the past 100 years.
